Peer Support Specialists are people living in recovery with mental illness and / or substance use disorder and who provide support to others whom can benefit from their lived experiences. The North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist Program provides acknowledgment that the peer has met a set of requirements necessary to provide support to individuals with mental health or substance use disorder.
Revive Housing (RH) operates as a 24hr level lll residential treatment facility that meets NC state criteria. We provide services to adolescent males from age 12-18 who present with a variety of mental health diagnosis. These diagnoses can include but are not limited to aggressive behavior, substance abuse, sexual maladaptive behavior, antisocial behavior, emotional difficulties, traumatic stress disorder, depression, and psychosis. Most client's admitted into RH facility are removed from their current environment and placed in a community based residential setting.
The Outpatient Program is for individuals willing to attend therapy and who actively participate in their treatment. Each participant contributes to developing their individualized plan of treatment to meet their goals and achieve success.
Individual Support Services assist adults with acquiring, retaining, improving and generalizing the behavioral, self-help, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to function successfully in the home and community. Individual Support workers will provide services directly to adults through evidence-based and data driven methodologies. Individual support services are behavioral, self-care and habilitative related tasks performed and/or supervised by service provider staff in the home, home of a relative or in other community-based settings, in accordance with approved treatment plans.
